For decades Hi Tide Ocean Beach Resort has been the pride of Moclips Beach offering 32 true ocean-front condo vacation rentals many of which are available to guests form all over the United States and Canada.
After decades of self management, property owners voted to engage Goldener Inns & Resorts to provide full service onsite staffing and administration, along with Goldenberg's Istay back office advertising, rate yield management, reservations, accounting, guest and owner services. The switch over happened on January 1st, 2021
"After admiring how well the Hi Tide has been maintained over the years, we were honored to be selected to assist them with pristine services and greater income that our system provides" said Kate Quinn, the Goldener partner who oversees account management there.
Goldener is managed by Vortex VIP and operates in the North Coast of Washington State with its affiliate By the Sea Vacation Rentals. The Vortex Istay team handles all reservations and help desk services.

Goldener is retaining the onsite General Manager Jerry Turek and other staff members to ensure continuity and the kind of friendly help that Hi Tide is famous for, while providing backup housekeepers and maintenance.
Goldener has revamped the Hi -Tide-Resort.com website retaining its memorable logo and graphics, but providing hi tech HDR photos, 3D online tours, demonstrative floor plans and faster easier online booking.
"The property is now advertised on hundreds more websites than before and all are instantly synchronized for rates and dates," reports Simon Berman, a Goldener partner, "We are employing our industry leading S2D2 rate yield management while retaining affordable rates for the resorts long list of repeat guests."
